6. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, following our Return Policy.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

All Lerato Balance products come with a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
