Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.
During busy periods, new product launches, or sales campaigns (such as Black Friday), processing may take up to 3 days, but this is rare.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Please note:
Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping timeframe within South Africa is 3–10 business days, depending on your location:

If your order takes longer than expected, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting our support team, as delays can occasionally occur due to weather or courier demand.

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders within South Africa — no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden fees or additional courier charges at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.
Lerato Balance is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@leratobalance.co.za — we’ll do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipping, please reach out to our support team.
We will contact the courier and assist you in tracking or replacing your order if necessary.
International Shipping
At the moment, Lerato Balance ships exclusively within South Africa.

Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and email them to support@leratobalance.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
